Last February, Mr. Hiroshi Oka, of the Rotary Club of Hagi had the chance to visit Bacolod and Panay, a promise he made to our GSE Team when he was GSE Chair for their district in 2007. We had to show him the fruits of the program like the laptop and computer donation from RC Hiroshima SouthWest, another club in the same district.
